Asset Living in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations for a property. You will regularly present the community, qualify prospects, tour, and sign leases, while handling all required paperwork and turn processes.

Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining prospect traffic data, and meeting leasing goals. Requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Close sales, complete leasing paperwork, and maintain model units.
• Respond to leads within 24 hours; track traffic and leasing data.
• Support marketing activities and resident retention initiatives.
