Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and monthly communications.
• Handle resident relations, address complaints, and maintain property marketing efforts.
