Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy while promoting resident satisfaction. You will influence prospects and residents through exceptional customer service at our community in San Antonio, TX.

This role requires strong communication in English, with Spanish-language skills as a plus, and experience in a customer-facing environment. Training includes Fair Housing compliance and use of Yardi.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public and/or in sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Fair Housing certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to support the community team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and community software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and relay service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and verify eligibility.
• Assist renewals and monitor advertising effectiveness.
