On-site duties include greeting prospective residents, tours, lease signings, and maintaining leasing data; strong customer service and problem-solving are essential.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Regular on-site attendance is expected at the community.

Qualifications

• On-site software skills to operate property management systems.
• Customer-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify tours.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support development and execution of marketing plans to drive traffic and leasing.
