Job summary

Asset Living is a national property management firm seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and maintenance of positive resident relations for a community. Regular onsite attendance and exceptional customer service are essential.

You will show, lease, tour, greet, qualify, and sign leases, while managing paperwork and data. Duties include lead generation, market analysis, and supporting retention programs under Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close the sale, including appointments, tours, follow-ups, and preparing leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover tasks.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals; perform related admin tasks.
