Zusammenfassung

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Orlando properties to deliver outstanding service to residents and applicants.

You will interview prospects, tour model apartments, process applications, collect deposits, and manage the lease and renewal cycle while coordinating with the property management team.

A high school diploma and 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience are preferred; leasing experience is a plus, with MS Office skills essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of customer service, hospitality, conventional or multifamily real estate experience.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Interview prospective tenants per Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany tenants to model apartments to explain size, layout, amenities and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms and collect security deposits.
• Periodically inspect the property and arrange maintenance.
• Compile a list of available rental units and update availability.
• Manage leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build resident relationships.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
• Process applications and credit checks; follow up with status.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on scheduled date.
• Redirect prospects to sister communities if needed.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
