TRG Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to work with the property management team to deliver exceptional service to residents. You will guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, from initial contact to move-in, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.

Ideal candidates have a strong customer service orientation, familiarity with multifamily real estate, and comfort using MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• Leasing experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Interview prospective tenants per Fair Housing standards.
• Show model apartments and explain layouts, amenities, terms.
• Process lease forms, collect deposits, and manage applications.
• Maintain property condition and coordinate maintenance.
• Manage leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional service and build resident relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and refer to sister properties as needed.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
