TRG Management in Miami, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the property management team and deliver outstanding service to residents and prospective tenants. You will guide tours, explain layouts and terms, and help secure leases with attention to Fair Housing standards.

Responsibilities include handling applications, deposits, move-ins, and coordinating maintenance while monitoring market trends to stay competitive. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and explain layouts and terms.
• Fill out lease forms, collect deposits, and process applications.
• Inspect property state and coordinate essential maintenance.
• Manage leasing/renewal process from start to finish and follow up with prospects.
