Job summary

TRG Management in Florida is seeking a Leasing Consultant to collaborate with the property management team, guiding prospective residents through model tours, lease terms, and the application process.

You will handle renewals, move-in readiness, and ensure Fair Housing compliance while delivering exceptional service that builds lasting resident relationships. A high school diploma and customer service or hospitality experience are required; leasing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants and adhere to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and explain layouts, amenities, and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms, collect security deposits, and process applications for approvals.
• Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish and update availability reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with residents.
• Respond to calls and voicemails promptly and professionally.
