TRG Management seeks a Leasing Consultant for Emerald Villas in Orlando to deliver outstanding resident service and drive leasing activity. You will show model units, explain terms, and guide applicants through the detailed leasing process from application to move-in.

The role requires a strong customer service focus, basic MS Office skills, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced apartment community. Prior leasing or hospitality experience is a plus, and local Fair Housing standards apply.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required; OneSite experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Interview prospective tenants and explain amenities, layouts, and lease terms.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain property readiness and update availability reports.
• Provide exceptional resident service and respond to inquiries promptly.
