TRG Management Company in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to work with the property management team, assist residents, and drive leasing and renewals. The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with leasing processes, and collaboration with the team to maintain property standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2 years in customer service or hospitality, with MS Office skills and on-site real estate experience considered a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
• Onsite experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size, layout, amenities and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms, collect security deposits.
• Periodically inspect the property and arrange maintenance.
• Compile a list of available rental units and identify prospects.
• Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong resident relationships.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
• Request applications and deposits per company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Process applications for approvals and update availability reports; submit to Property Manager.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on scheduled date.
• Follow up with undecided prospects and direct to sister communities if needed.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
