Job summary

Brookfield Real Estate is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for our Cameron Court community in Salem, VA. You will manage leads in the CRM, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the application and move‑in process, helping residents find their home and supporting occupancy goals.

You bring 1–2 years in sales or customer service, plus leasing experience in multifamily housing preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license depending on property required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Schedule tours and show apartments.
• Manage leads in the CRM and complete move-in procedures.
• Close leases to meet occupancy goals.
