The Cameron by Bryten in Denver, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective and current residents and drive leasing success. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities, with housing software experience preferred. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close leases.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and show apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist applicants through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through outstanding service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure properties look their best.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
