Job summary

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help achieve maximum occupancy.

You will show apartments to prospective residents, process applications, and prepare leases in a fast-paced property management environment. The role requires a High School diploma, basic real estate knowledge, and a valid driver's license. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Real estate training and landlord-tenant laws preferred.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provides tours of apartments to prospective residents.
• Runs credit reports on prospective residents.
• Prepares lease packets.
• Leases units.
• Maintains logs of traffic through the property.
• Provides information over the telephone to prospective residents.
• Maintains a visible public relations attitude toward current and prospective residents.
