Job summary

LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents at The Merian property. You will manage leads in our CRM, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing experience to drive occupancy and rent growth.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of leasing processes, and flexibility to work weekends. A valid driver's license is typically required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience; leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state housing laws; knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents; guide through leasing experience.
• Conduct property tours and present detailed information about communities and apartments.
• Manage leads and CRM tasks; process applications and move-in procedures.
• Schedule tours, show apartments, and encourage online applications.
