Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service or Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant) required.
• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license depending on property requirements.

• Deliver unmatched customer service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing experience.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to generate new leases and highlight community amenities.
• Manage leads in the CRM, schedule tours, process applications, and complete move-in procedures in line with policies.
