The Dolben Company, Inc. is seeking a FULL-TIME Leasing Consultant for our 260-apartment community in Salem, NH. You will respond to inquiries, conduct site tours, interview prospects, and complete lease paperwork with data entry accuracy.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with industry software MRI, YARDI or Nexus preferred.
• Sales aptitude and customer-focused approach.
• Sharp and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries and greet visitors.
• Interview prospective residents and conduct site tours.
• Prepare and complete lease paperwork and data entry.
• Take a prospect from traffic to resident and maintain closing ratios.
• Collect rental deposits and process rental paperwork.
• Help manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events.
• Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition and build brand loyalty.
