Job summary

RADCO Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to represent our communities and help prospective residents explore rental options. You will greet guests, present features and benefits, and guide applicants through the leasing process with strong customer service and communication skills.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, familiarity with social media marketing, and basic software skills (Word/Excel/Outlook). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong arithmetic and written/verbal communication.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Welcome and greet guests and tour prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plans and events to generate traffic.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s caring value by treating residents and staff with respect and professionalism.
• May conduct competitor visits and local market research to support leasing objectives.
• Travel within the local market area as needed; car ownership not required.
