Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits following procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare move-in paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
