Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant in Baltimore, MD to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident retention. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

You will tour properties, process applications, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files while supporting the Community Manager and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with office equipment and MS Office; YARDI experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour units, qualify prospects, and close rentals.
• Visually inspect property and communicate service needs to management.
• Demonstrate features and benefits to clients and close the sale.
• Process applications, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain lease files and record traffic/new leases daily.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and two additional contacts.
• Assist with community marketing and outreach visits.
