Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent resident service.

You will participate in leasing and marketing efforts, tour amenities and vacant apartments, process resident communications in Yardi, and greet clients in a friendly, fair housing–compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience required.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong social media acumen preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the assigned communities to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
