Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Nashville, TN is seeking a Leasing Consultant to conduct onsite tours and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll handle resident communications, coordinate with the service team, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. A background of 1–2 years in sales or customer service, basic math, and MS Office proficiency are required. Competitive pay with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
