Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct onsite tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering outstanding resident service.

The role emphasizes occupancy growth, strong customer engagement, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations. Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office helps support daily operations and communication with residents and teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
