Job summary

Asset Living is actively seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at the property. Regular onsite attendance is required to effectively show, lease, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

Responsibilities include generating leads, completing leasing paperwork, conducting market surveys, and maintaining accurate leasing data while delivering outstanding customer service to residents and prospects alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close sales; set appointments, generate leads, and follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in; assist with audits, tours, and turnover.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns; maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and in-office upkeep and organization.
• Review market surveys and maintain knowledge of property and competition.
