You will drive activity to meet monthly leasing goals, deliver outstanding service, and support multiple communities within the AIR portfolio as needed. A strong sales mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, schedule tours, and close leases.
• Meet or surpass monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects.
• Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
