Base pay is $20 per hour with uncapped commissions and multiple ways to boost earnings, including higher rent-rate units, exceeding monthly goals, or longer lease terms. A 25% rent discount at AIR communities applies.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service in a goal-driven environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/leasing targets.
• Experience guiding customers through a sales process.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects with timely follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up and tours.
• Identify needs and present apartment homes and lease options.
• Address questions and confidently ask for the sale.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet leasing goals.
• Maintain records in AIR’s leasing systems.
• Support marketing initiatives and leasing needs across AIR portfolio.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
