You will conduct tours, follow a proven sales process, meet leasing goals, and coordinate with on-site teams. This full-time role offers an hourly base pay plus commission potential and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule including Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–7:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process with prompt follow-up, tours, and guiding prospects to home within AIR communities.
• Maintain and strive to exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and create moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed and assist with marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
