Ariva Luxury Residences in Las Vegas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the onsite management team. You will tour the property with prospects, highlight amenities and lifestyle, and guide applicants through qualification and move-in processes.

This role emphasizes delivering exceptional service to residents and supporting occupancy growth while managing office duties and paperwork across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and location.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualification for an apartment home and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Provide exceptional service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and office duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
