AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Dream in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role blends leasing with sales, guiding prospects from inquiry to signed leases and maximizing earnings through commissions.

The position offers base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with opportunities to increase earnings via higher rents, longer leases, and goal attainment. Rent discounts and onsite housing options are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
• Experience guiding customers through a sales process and closing the sale.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects with timely follow-up.
• Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication tech.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through follow-up, tours, and recommendations.
• Identify needs and present apartment homes, amenities, and lease options.
• Address questions and confidently ask for the sale.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet leasing goals.
• Maintain records of prospect activity and next steps in AIR’s leasing systems.
• Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction.
• Support marketing initiatives and leasing needs across AIR portfolio.
