NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to showcase our grounds and apartments to potential residents and highlight features that make living in our community unique.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with a typical FT schedule including some weekends. You'll work under the Community Manager to support leasing efforts and maintain high standards of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sales or leasing experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends based on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Responding to resident inquiries.
• Conducting tours and leasing apartment homes.
• Engaging in ongoing leasing training.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.
