Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our 40-hour workweek team at one of our Arlington communities.

You will deliver exceptional resident experiences, conduct personalized tours, and drive leasing through strong customer service, follow-through, and teamwork. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in leasing or customer service are required, with proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
