Vivmark Residential in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our communities and deliver luxury living experiences. You will conduct customized tours, advise on floorplans, and follow up on leads to convert interest into leases.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year leasing or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospective tenants with leasing inquiries and tours.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized outreach and follow-up.
• Coordinate floorplan selections and community recommendations.
• Manage weekend leasing activity to maximize occupancy.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
