Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities. You will guide prospective residents through tours, personalize floorplan recommendations, and maintain strong community engagement to showcase luxury living.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales and marketing efforts, and a collaborative team environment to ensure outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing tours and help residents find the best floorplan and community features.
• Drive leasing performance through creative campaigns, outreach, and social media.
• Follow up with leads and provide tailored updates to prospective residents.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional resident experiences and community engagement.
• Weekends are high-traffic; Saturday availability is required.
