Vivmark Residential in Miami, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support our luxury apartment communities. This full-time role requires a friendly, professional approach to help prospective residents find their ideal home and foster a welcoming community.

You will manage daily leasing operations, conduct tours, and coordinate with teams to ensure top-tier service. Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required to meet demand and drive occupancy.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and build a sense of community.
