Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys delivering excellent service and helping customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Typing and writing ability for correspondence and memos.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Able to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Leasing responsibilities including greeting prospects, presenting the community, closing the sale, and following up.
• Earn and maintain Cardinal Way of Leasing certification and pass shops per standards.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path for a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with the Monthly Marketing Plan (MMP) and other community projects.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
