The Leasing Team Member aims for 100% occupancy through resident retention, current leases, and pre-leasing future availability. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, answering calls, presenting the community, handling paperwork, and maintaining accurate lease files.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent service mindset with people.
• Good with people, warm, friendly and helpful on phone and in person.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence/memos.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet prospects, answer leasing calls, determine needs, and present the community and homes, selling benefits and closing the sale.
• Prepare all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Keep tour path clean for positive first impressions.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with team, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
