Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced work style.
• Excellent service mindset and people skills.
• Strong communication by phone and in person.
• Basic computer skills and ability to type/write.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Warmly greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls.
• Determine needs and preferences; professionally present the community and apartment homes.
• Utilize feature/benefit selling and close the lease.
• Complete lease applications and maintain lease file documentation.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness and a positive attitude with residents and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects as assigned by Community Manager.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
