The role requires excellent customer service, strong organization, and experience with leasing systems like Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar leasing systems preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Assist with preparing lease documentation and processing move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Support management with clerical tasks and property invoices.
