The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with property management tools such as Yardi Voyager and MS Office; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records.
