Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Seattle to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention, and ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain records of traffic and communications with residents.
• Assist with planing and executing resident activities to boost retention.
• Provide clerical support and process invoices as needed.
