TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to collaborate with the property management team and provide residents with outstanding service. The role involves interviewing prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and managing the leasing/renewal cycle from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in customer service or real estate, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Onsite work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, conventional or multifamily real estate.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size and layout, amenities, services, and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms and collect security deposits.
• Periodically inspect property and arrange essential maintenance.
• Compile a list of available rental units.
• Identify potential prospects and manage leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong resident relationships.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
• Direct prospects to complete applications and deposits per policy.
• Process applications for approvals and update availability reports.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on the scheduled date.
• Follow up with prospects and refer to sister communities as needed.
• Monitor local market trends and keep property comps up to date.
