Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our newest lease-up in Homestead, FL. The role partners with the property management team to provide residents with excellent service and accurate leasing information.

You will interview prospective tenants, tour model apartments, process applications, and help move-ins while maintaining Fair Housing standards. Prior leasing or hospitality experience is a plus, and proficiency with MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation abilities.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany tenants to model apartments to explain size and layout, amenities and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms and collect security deposits; process applications.
• Inspect property state and coordinate essential maintenance.
• Manage leasing/renewal processes from start to finish.
