Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is hiring a Leasing Consultant to work directly with the property management team. You will assist residents, explain lease terms, and help secure commitments by understanding tenants' needs and offering suitable options.

This role requires presenting to prospects, coordinating viewings, processing applications, and following Fair Housing practices to ensure compliant leasing. A background in hospitality or multifamily real estate is advantageous, with MS Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• Leasing experience is a plus, not required.
• Affordable Housing experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants and explain lease terms.
• Show model apartments and discuss layouts, amenities, and rents.
• Process lease forms, collect deposits, and run credit/rental history checks.
• Maintain property condition, coordinate maintenance, and report issues.
• Prepare availability lists and move-in readiness checks.
• Provide exceptional service and guide prospects from application to move-in.
