Job summary

NRP Group in West Virginia's Cora is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our brand-new lease-up property. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting property tours, and coordinating move-ins.

You will implement on-site marketing plans, develop referral programs, handle renewals, collect rents and fees, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards while maintaining curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities, respond to inquiries, show apartments, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and shop competitors to set competitive rates.
• Develop on-site marketing programs and referral strategies.
• Track renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards.
• Maintain property presentation and curb appeal.
