NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Community Manager at our Cora, WV property. You will lead daily operations, optimize cash flow, and ensure high-quality resident services across a multi‑family community.

Under the Regional Property Manager, you will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and compliance activities. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in property management with supervisory experience, knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing, and strong proficiency in Yardi

Competenze

• 5+ years property management experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS 42 - LIHTC Program.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Mansioni

• Oversee financial performance of the property and work toward achieving NOI.
• Maximize cash flow by managing revenue, delinquencies, rent collection and deposits.
• Ensure Yardi data accuracy and timely leasing, A/R, A/P and reports.
• Develop cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses.
• Create annual operating budget with Accounting and Regional PM.
• Review financial statements and variance reports monthly.
• Analyze income/expenses and market rents; advise recommendations.
• Oversee capital improvements and upgrade programs.
• Review bids and ensure accurate invoicing; oversee contracted services.
