Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the property, greet visitors, show and lease apartments, and close sales with prospective residents. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and coordinate resident events while supporting sales goals.

The role is full-time with Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, some Saturdays, and after-hours resident events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and guests.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner and close sales.
• Prepare lease paperwork and obtain move-in keys.
