Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, welcoming guests and guiding them through the leasing process. You will demonstrate apartment options, provide exceptional service, and help residents settle into homes they love.

The role emphasizes sales targets, event coordination, and active promotion of the community. The position is full-time with weekday hours, weekend work, and after-hours duties for resident events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
• Full-time availability with rotating weekday hours, including weekends
• Ability to explain apartment options and close sales

Responsabilités

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explaining details of different apartment unit options and variations
• Providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospects
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner
• Close the sale of new apartment homes to prospective residents
• Prepare lease paperwork and necessary move-in steps
• Enter information into internal resident database
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities
• Promote property through locators and local businesses
