Olympus Property in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community, showing and leasing homes to prospective residents while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll employ sales skills to close leases, coordinate resident events, and help grow traffic through on-site marketing efforts.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in leasing or a fast-paced sales or hospitality setting, with rotating weekday hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role.
• Ability to show and lease apartments, provide excellent customer service, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of different unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain thorough knowledge of the property
• Close the sale of new apartment homes and prepare lease paperwork
• Input information into the resident database and support resident events
