Olympus Property seeks a Leasing Consultant to serve as the friendly face of the community. You will show apartments, explain unit options, and provide exemplary customer service to prospective residents and current tenants.

You will work full-time with weekday hours and weekend rotations, collaborate with the team, plan resident events, and help hit leasing goals while promoting Olympus core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or established experience in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain property knowledge
• Close leases and prepare paperwork for new move-ins
• Enter resident information into internal database
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase property traffic
• Plan and participate in resident events and community functions
• Promote property to local businesses and locators
