Olympus Preserve at Town Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community, helping guests and residents find homes they love. You’ll drive sales, organize resident events, and promote the property with a welcoming, professional approach.

You’ll work full-time with weekday hours, plus weekends, and you’ll receive monthly leasing commissions and renewal bonuses. Olympus offers education assistance, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a leasing consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of apartment options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property.
• Close the sale of new apartment homes.
• Prepare lease paperwork and collect move-in keys.
• Enter information into internal resident database.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic.
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns.
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities.
